Made an Egnater TOL 100 mine at last!

I've been looking for one of these amps off and on for the last few years, but they've been getting increasingly difficult to find.
I'm thrilled to report that I finally obtained an Egnater TOL ("Tone of Life") 100 amplifier today! These amps were used by Steve Vai
in 1996 and 1997. See the Egnater and all my amps on the gear page.

Dave Rottenberger meets Steve Vai at NAMM

I had the pleasure of meeting one my real life "guitar heros," Steve Vai, at Winter NAMM in Anaheim, California. I caught up with Steve at
the Ibanez booth on Friday, January 16 and again at the Carvin booth on Saturday, January 17. Here's a
full size pic of me with Steve.
Steve was very approachable, conversational, and kind enough to dedicate an autographed photo to me and another to my kids. Thanks Steve!

Voted to the top of the charts by Cincinnati listeners within a month of releasing the debut CD, Nucliess begins taking the indie rock scene by storm.

Nucliess Gets First Airplay
|

Nucliess gets its first airplay via podcasts as "Leaving All Limits" is played on the "Life in Ohio" podcast.
This preliminary version of the single received repeat airplay and was also featured on the "Tech Talk for Families" podcast.
This initial recognition of Nucliess' commercial appeal will lead to further songwriting and the release of a full-length CD.
